Terms of Service

Last updated 11 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and VidGuild ("VidGuild", "we", "us"). They cover www.vidguild.com, the member hub, the Guild course, the Discord community, 1:1 coaching and anything else we offer (together, "the Services").

By applying, buying, signing in or using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

2. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that's higher, and able to enter a binding contract. By using the Services you confirm that you are.

3. Applications before launch

Before the Guild opens, you can apply to join. Applying is free. It isn't a purchase or a reservation, and it doesn't guarantee you a place, a price or a launch date. We may accept or decline any application for any reason.

Until launch, the course is still being made. Module names, contents, price, release dates and what's included may change before and after launch.

4. The Guild and lifetime access

The Guild is a digital course delivered through our member hub. When you buy it, you get access to all of its released content straight away, plus new modules and Weekly Drops as we add them.

Lifetime access means access for as long as we offer the Guild, not for your lifetime or ours. If we ever stop offering it, we'll try to give members reasonable notice. We may update, reorganise, replace or remove individual lessons, tools and features at any time.

The Guild is a one-time payment. We don't offer payment plans.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Whop, our payment and membership provider. Your purchase is also subject to Whop's own terms and policies. We never see or store your full card details.

Prices are shown at checkout and may include or add taxes depending on where you live. We can change prices for future purchases at any time.

6. Refund policy

All sales are final. Because the whole course unlocks as soon as you join, we don't offer refunds, credits or exchanges, including if you don't use the course, change your mind, or don't get the results you hoped for.

By buying, you ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose any right to cancel or withdraw once access starts. If the law where you live gives you a refund right that can't be waived, that right still applies.

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your access while it's open, and remove it if the payment is reversed. Talk to us first: most problems are quicker to fix directly.

7. Your account and access

Access is tied to the Whop account you bought with. Each membership is for one person. Don't share your login or access with anyone else, and keep your account secure.

We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you share access, abuse the Services or other members, reverse a payment, or break these terms.

8. Our content and what you can do with it

Everything in the Services, including videos, lessons, scripts, templates, downloads, Weekly Drops, designs and the VidGuild name and logo, belongs to us or the people we license it from.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course to make your own content. You may use our templates inside your own videos and channels.

  • Don't copy, record, screen-capture, download (other than files we give you to download), share, resell, publish or redistribute the content.
  • Don't resell or give away our templates as templates, or use the content to build a competing course, product or service.
  • Don't use the content to train AI models, or scrape the site or hub.

9. Community rules and what you post

In the Discord, the member hub and anywhere else we run, be respectful. No harassment, hate, spam, scams, illegal content, or promoting your own products without permission. We can remove posts and members at our discretion.

You keep ownership of what you post, such as wins on the Wins Board. You give us permission to host it and show it to other members. If you tick OK to share publicly, you also let us show it, with your name or channel, on our website and in our marketing. You can ask us to stop using it in new material at any time.

You confirm that anything you post is yours to share, is accurate, and doesn't break anyone else's rights.

10. No guarantee of results

Results vary. Any numbers, screenshots, examples or stories on the site or in the course are not typical and are not a promise of what you'll achieve. Your results depend on your effort, skills, niche, timing and many things outside anyone's control, including platform algorithms.

We don't guarantee views, subscribers, monetization, brand deals, income or any other outcome. Nothing we say is a promise that you'll make money.

11. Platforms, tools and your channels

You're responsible for your channels and accounts, and for following the rules of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and every platform you use, including their rules on AI-generated, repetitive or inauthentic content, copyright, disclosure and monetization. We aren't responsible if a platform removes your content, demonetizes, restricts or bans your account.

The course shows you tools made by other companies. They have their own terms, prices and limits, which can change at any time. You're responsible for any costs and for how you use them. AI tools can be wrong, so check facts before you publish.

We don't need access to your accounts. If you ever give us access to one, you do it at your own risk and can remove it at any time.

VidGuild is not part of, or endorsed by, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Meta or Whop.

12. 1:1 coaching

1:1 coaching is by application only. If we accept you, we'll agree the price, length and what's included before you pay. Coaching is guidance and feedback, not done-for-you work, and the refund policy above applies to it too unless we agree otherwise in writing.

13. Not professional advice

The Services are for education. Nothing in them is financial, legal, tax or business advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.

14. The Services are provided as they are

We work hard to keep the Services useful and running, but we provide them "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, and we don't promise the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your needs.

15. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or losses to your channels or accounts, arising from the Services.

Our total liability for any claim connected to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

16. Your responsibility to us

You agree to cover our losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, from any claim caused by what you post, how you use the Services, or your breaking these terms or the law.

17. Ending this agreement

You can stop using the Services at any time. We can suspend or end your access as described above. Sections that by their nature should last, such as ownership of content, refunds, no guarantee of results and limits on liability, keep applying after access ends.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for bigger changes we'll let members know. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the new terms.

19. Contact

Questions about these terms, a refund or your access? Use the application form on vidguild.com and say it's a legal or privacy request.
